Ender 3 S1 Y-Axis Stepper Cooling Fan

The model I have designed is intended to provide more effective cooling for the stepper motor of the Y-axis of your Ender 3 S1. The stepper motor is optimally cooled with a 60mm fan that is fastened with 4 M3x16mm. The model consists of two parts, the housing and a cover plate.

The cover plate must be printed separately and is then securely attached to the enclosure using superglue or 2-component glue. The housing itself is attached to the Y-axis bracket as shown in the attached picture. 2 M3x8mm screws are used for this.

The fan can be connected either directly or via a voltage regulator to the port for accessories. This model ensures optimum cooling of the Y-axis stepper motor to improve the life and performance of the motor and to achieve higher print quality.
