Anti-vibration mods for Prusa Mk3/Mk3S

I finally got around to identifying and removing some of the annoying vibration noises on my Prusa.

I've designed 3 little widgets.
• The little U-shaped widget goes where the screen clips onto the LCD board.
• The round widgets go through the 2 M4 bolt holes on the power supply to push that vibrating insulation sheet away from the case.
• The other wedge shaped widgets I haven't tested, but they should slot through the vents of the power supply to help hold the insulation sheet if needed.

Print them in TPU or some other flexy, squishy filament.
