This holder should hold about 6 Mickey/Minnie ear headbands.
You print two of each part (the rails and the end caps) and assemble with a drop of superglue. (Or press fit if you want to be able to take them apart for storage.)
No supports needed, I did 15% gyroid infill and it seems plenty strong.
