Well, after tinkering for several hours, here's the first world solution to this very problem:

A credit card sized instant chopstick holder that you can carry around everywhere!

Simply twist to break from the tabs and put together the 3 pieces to create one. 
You have a total of 8, so be nice and share it with your friends :)
Dispose after use since it is cheap, simple, and sanitary thing to do.

How to print and details:

• Any PLA variant
• 0.2mm layer height
• 0.4mm nozzle (to print the fine details)
• Recommend printing on PEI sheet for safe removal without breaking off the pieces
• Only 4 layers total, so should be all top/bottom shells
• Less than 4 grams of material
• I added a variant with tighter slots, if you prefer a sturdier feel
