A discreet wall hook

I wanted to construct an unobtrusive wall hook for clothes.

The screw is hidden inside the base and is no longer visible after screwing the cover.

The threads have enough clearance that anyone can make them.
The cover can be printed on the thread as well as on the head surface.
In addition, I attach my Curaprofile with, if someone has problems with printing and needs some assistance in finding parameters.
