Coupling for Method hand soap dispenser

It always bothered me that I couldn't get the last bit of soap out of Method hand soap dispensers apart from rinsing out the bottle and washing it all down the drain - this seemed wasteful and unnecessary.

Using this coupling, I can now add the leftover soap to a new dispenser, reducing waste.

Printed without supports, although do make sure that the pointy end of the inside cone is pointing upwards!

Also, this is for the UK version, and presumably would work for products sold in Europe - not sure about the US or other countries, so ymmv.

Update: added a model with no internal funnel.
