Nix cookie cutter

mirrored (vs the original) so the top of the cookie has the right chirality
with added indentation fins to fully define the λs
(these make for good break points, so you can more easily share Nix)

i also shrank the model so it can be containerized in 1L soup tubs
(shown to almost fit at the bottom (with size = 0.9))
this did make the cookie more prone to stick in the cutter (so smooth the cutter's walls a bit)
but brought the yield for a 400g cookie mix up to ~30 cookies (the bag's claimed yield)
