The material was PETG, layer height 0.20mm, 20% infill with support everywhere. The only supports to remove will be between the side brackets and the back side of the front bezel.
The idea behind the chassis's shape around the switches' body was to create a heat shield between the boiler and the controls. The idea was to keep the replacement panel as cheap as possible and the heat-rated rocker switch can quickly get expensive. The open “vault” top is for structural rigidity and airflow.
The lower part of the side clips will need to be cleaned of the supports.
