"Finger touch" Keycap

I started the design with two ideas in my mind:

1. I want to design a keycap that is different from the conventional square cap.
2. I want to feature printability in the design.

So here I present you the “Finger touch” keycap. I really like the circular caps on Logitech K380. The feeling that you could run your finger over a key , while feel “surrounded ” by the cap is really unique. 

In addition, I have the impression that the curvature will be ruined by slicing the model from top to bottom. So I added a 30 degree slope so you can print the keycap tilted (see pic). The result turned out great – you could feel the fine curvature. The layer line added extra touch to the feeling. 

The second criteria is not met quite yet – bed adhesion is quite bad due to small area. Brim is recommended for better adhesion. Please take the time to remove brim if you do not want to leave a mark on you keyswitches…

I might spend some time for the longer keys. But for now only standard square keys are available.
