Budmen Rubber Band Face Shield

Modified the Budmen face shield to be smaller and use rubber bands instead of elastic bands due to rubber bands being much easier to acquire. Also changed the plexiglass attachment points and added slits to make the sheets easier to put on/take off. The print takes 1h 6m 15s at 100% speed with 10% infill and 0.3mm layer height.
