Wall mount Zuzanni Lamp Shade

Remixed version of the Zuzanna Lamp By LeFabShop. Its been enlarged for an e-27 bulb in the X and Y dimension, But very little in the Z dimension.

These lamps were originally built to be upward facing. But I wanted them facing down so a way to retain the shades was needed, there was nothing to attach to other then the housing of the lamp. I made a quick clip that snapped into the housing of the lamp base.

One file is the lamp with the clip merged on. The other is just the clip if you want it separate it glues easily this way.

The merged model can be printed without supports so long as the big end of the lamp shade is on the build plate.

The clip can also be printed without supports, flat side down.

Note: Use a lower temp LED bulb or print it in something more temperature resistant then PLA. 

Note: My finished lamp clips were to tight and I broke several tabs on the first one putting it on the lamp. I recommend gently warming up the clip, with a hair dryer, before inserting it. I did that on the second shade and it worked very well to snap into place without breaking.

How I Designed This

Built the clip in Fusion 360. Scaled lampshade in IdeaMaker, and merged the clip onto the shade.
