I wanted to make an door at the (long) side of my original prusa enclosure. Therefore I needed a drawing of the original frontdoor, to modify it. Unfortunateley this is not available.
So I measured the original sheet, and redrew it.
This file is for the front door. If You are looking for the sidedoor, see: https://www.printables.com/de/model/398138-sidedoor-sheets-and-support-for-original-prusa-enc
I also designed the vertical support-bar to print out (two parts because of size). Of course it is not very stiff in plastic (originally metal), but looks good. :-D
For all other door parts like hinges and handle, use the original ones: https://www.printables.com/de/model/251931-original-prusa-enclosure-printable-parts
The Sheet should be a 3mm PETG sheet. I cut a template from cardboard with a lasercutter and transferred it to the sheet. I then cut the sheet with a scroll saw - which worked surprisingly well. (I cant cut this sheets with my lasercutter)
I printed the support-bar also in PETG.
Because i redrew this file from measurements, it is not 100% perfect, but it works good.
(I only built the side door, not the front door from my drawings - if you discover problems please let me know)
Note: I have received permission from prusa support to publish these files.
