Also known as the “Full Bird”! The head of this eagle faces it's right, towards the Olive branches in it's right talon to symbolize always seeking peace but holds arrows in it's left talons to show preparation for war. The one's who've worn this rank are everywhere you'd expect and not expect; both in and out military affairs.
Like my other military designs, this one is meant to be place on flat surfaces. If you're skilled enough, you'll find a way to manipulate this design to work on anything other than flat surfaces. See the pictures of this 3D rank insignia printed out.
