BK Google Pixel 6 Case (NOT PRO)

This is a redesigned Google Pixel 6 case (NOT PRO) that I found over on Printables. The original case can be found here: https://www.printables.com/en/model/283744-google-pixel-6-magsafe-case

The original case was great and worked pretty well. I decided to redesign it from scratch to test my design skills a bit as well as make a few improvements (in my opinion). I made the USB-C port a bit larger on my design as I had some cables that didn't quite fit on the original. I also made the power and volume buttons stiffer and more difficult to press. There are two versions of the case available to print in TPU, It will not work if printed in non-flexibles. 95A TPU works great as I am sure other flexibles will as well. There is one "G" branded version that is comprised of three files (Case G, G Logo, & Camera Support) and another version without the Google branding. For the non branded version you will print the "Pixel 6 Case" and the "Camera Support"... Camera support printed twice for both versions.

To print the Google branded version. Choose your colored filament of choice... Can be anything really (I used PETG). Bring the logo and the case stl files into your slicer and align them to the logo sits in the correct place on the case. Delete the case, and print the "G logo" by itself using no skirt, rafts, etc.. Once the print is complete, you will maintain the bed temperature to ensure the G does not pop off the bed on its own.

Step 2 is to load in the TPU, do the same process in the slicer, except delete the logo this time (all while keeping the bed heated). Set a z-hop height of 0.5-0.6mm and begin printing the TPU case. The printhead will avoid the printed G and if done correctly will end up looking like they were printed at the same time.

The "Camera Support" are used to deal with the awkward camera bump on the pixel 6. These either need to be glued in or soldered in. But, this was a great solution to this problem and is basically a 1-1 version of the original design. Having the case built this way allows the back of the case to be completely flat on the bed, giving you the best surface possible for the outer walls of the case. I simply glued mine in with superglue and they seem to be holding just fine. in fact, they will hold without glue, but would be easily lost if you ever removed the case and they were not affixed to it somehow.

Print everything without supports. Tab Anti-warp may be desired near the top of the case to ensure it remains stuck. I printed everything with a 0.6mm nozzle (0.3mm line height). 0.4mm nozzles should work fine as well.
