This is a belt tensioner for the X-axis used with ANYCUBIC MEGAX.
It will probably work with the CHIRON as well.
This is the easiest belt tensioner to install in my opinion.
Simply attach the belt clips to the ends of the left and right belts and thread them through the unit.
Just put it over the carriage and tighten the screws.
You will need M3 nuts and M3 screws of the required length.
You may be able to use other models as long as the shape of the belt holder matches.

To increase the strength of the belt_clip, we increased the thickness of the back by 0.5mm. Also, the position of the nut was moved to the center.

To increase the strength of the belt_clip when printing, please print the belt_clip with 100% infill so that the clip faces vertically in the stacking direction.

Fixed a bug where the BASE parts were not strong enough to spread out to the left and right.
In older versions, the slit was widened so that clip parts could be attached from the front, but the clearance caused the clip parts to spread and the base parts to spread.
The corrected new version has thicker walls and reduced the clearance to prevent the clips from spreading.

Sorry, we have not yet solved the problem of not being able to press the X-end switch when using the stock carriage.
update 2022/02/15
We have prepared a mount to offset the position of the X-end switch to the position where it makes contact with the base-R.
However, since the X-end switch moves 9mm to the right, the printing range becomes a little narrower.
You may need to adjust the movement range in the firmware.
