Hi there!

So, occasionally, when using my manual sawmill, I would use a small off-cut from a board to set the thickness of the next board I'm cutting. Of course, my sawmill does have a measurement scale on it, but if it gets bumped or I lose my place, or get distracted….out comes the ‘thickness block’ or tape measure.

I figured I would make a few of these jigs for the common size boards and keep them handy to the sawmill to save some time and ideally increase accuracy a bit at the same time.

The general idea is that the lip will lay on the lumber, the blade is then raised to the point of touching the bottom of the over-hanging thickness block.

Hopefully someone else out there finds them useful.

Supports: None needed
Infill: 10~15%

Side Note: I'm a major fan of peg boards, so they each have a hole in them for hanging.

I'm new to 3D printing, this is literally my first model, go easy on me! haha
