I have a couple of my PC's setup with a 2.5" hot-swap bays, and I use a lot of 2.5" low capacity SSD's to swap operating systems easily. I've been stacking them on top of the computers, or wherever they'll fit, but after knocking them over for the 10th or 12th time now, and not finding a satisfactory solution anywhere else, I designed this really simple caddy to hold five 2.5" SSD drives.
It's designed for up to a 9mm thick drive, and a little more room for anything thinner. I will probably end up making a different design at some point, but as a super simple holder for up to 4 drives, this works great, and uses a fairly small amount of filament. Print it with whatever you want. I printed this one in PETG, but PLA or ABS would work fine. For ABS you might need to scale it up 1 or 2 percent, just to avoid shrinkage. PLA and PETG should come out with a nice fit.
I printed this at 0.2 layers, with 10% infill, 4 perimeters, 4 top layers, 4 bottom layers.
