Case for DigiSpark V3 - remix

Seems there are significant PCB variances between suppliers. 

Re-designed case to add larger internal tolerances. It now allows for the PCBA to be dropped into the case and case cover has pockets for both ICs. Add glue to the smaller cover tabs to secure cover to case.

Print at 0.2mm resolution.
