I kept having issues with the amount of force needed to move the filament through the PTFE tube.  The only way to get it to feed freely was to keep the tube's loop, behind the printer, overly large.

This version of the exhaust housing lets you position the bowden tube tangent to the spool, and allows the filament to feed into the printer with less friction.  It also lets you omit the Bowden tube retainer, allows more clearance behind the printer, and reduces the total amount of tube needed.

Print the same as you would with the standard Voron part.  No supports needed.

Update: Added a Voron logo.

Update 2.0:  Feeding the filament into the end of the ptfe tube can be a little clumsy.  I added a set of heat-set insert locations below the tube inlet, for the addition of a tube guide / funnel.  The funnel provides a positive stop point for the end of the ptfe tube, and allows for easier filament loading.   The tube guide / funnel attaches using two m3x6mm socket head cap screws.

Update:  The filament run out sensor  is finished, in a separate listing.  It uses the KW12-3 roller type microswitch.

I've already printed one and it's installed on my printer.  It works great.

If you print and use this part, post up a make! 😁  Id like to see some of your setups.
