adp97's adapter had a lot of play, making the adapter fall out when lightly shaking my camera, as it didn't include the locking mechanism found on the lenses.
I basically scaled the mode up by 1%, then added a flange with a hole in which the locking pin sits. I also took away some plastic to reduce the amount used.
Now it fits great without any play and without a chance of my camera dropping.
I printed the adapter with the 1.25" barrel downward to make sure the bigger flange would print correctly. This causes a rougher surface finish but on surfaces that do not matter functionally.
If anyone wants a 2" version, let me know and I can make one
