Hidden cable routing z-belt covers by Akio with notch for low Z rail

I wanted to use Akio's excellent mod of Z-belt covers for Voron v2 to route the USB cable from the webcam, but I discovered that due to increased thickness of the cover it didn't fit under my Z-rail, which was positioned, in accordance to the official Voron v2 build manual, 3mm, above the lower extrusion. And I am way too lazy to relocate all four Z rails just for the covers. So I created a notched version, which neatly slides under the rail. I only used the hexagonal v2.2-style covers because I think they are nicer to look at, but I include both v2.2 and v2.4 styles ; STEP files are also included.

I have also submitted the modifications as a pull request to Akio, so hopefully at some point they will be incorporated in his mod.
