BTT Manta4P Mount for Voron V0.1 V0.2

This is a simple mount that piggybacks the mounting locations for the mid panel. You will need roughly 3-4mm longer screws to mount this plate (M3x10 works). You will also need 4x M3 heat set inserts as used in the rest of the Voron printer.

This mounting plate also includes attachment points around the perimeter for zip-ties to help manage wire/cable routing.
