Bigtreetech Manta M8P frame with fan bracket

This is a frame for a Bigtreetech Manta M8P mainboard. If desired you can get a frame with fan brackets attached. Originally the brackets are designed for the Noctua NF-A9x14 and Noctua NF-A6x25 but other fans might fit as well. The brackets can be snapped of at a later point.

The frame uses threaded inserts for fix the board in place. Additionally it has pegs on the outside to fix the board. This allows you to move the frame with the board in place. You can mount this frame in two ways.

1. Put threaded inserts in the pegs on the outside.
2. Screw down the frame through the pegs on the outside.

Files provided

With the model several options and files are provided:

• Version with no fan attachment
• Version with one 92x14mm bracket
• Version with two 40x20mm brackets.
• Two drilling guides.
  • One to be 3D printed
  • One to be printed on paper (check dimensions on print out because some printers often shrink the actual dimensions

CAUTION: I did not print the fan versions. It is designed based on the fan dimension. Please check physical dimensions before printing.

• 8x Threaded inserts M3 d=4,6mm l=5,7mm
• 4x M3x8 screws for the board

Print instructions:

• recommended layer height 0,2 mm
• No supports needed
