Initial sketch used for revolve. Curve is more extreme on the bottom to allow for no support material.

Front drawing. Used a new plane aligned with the top of the revolve.

Side cut with small flair.

Circular pattern to make gear like edges

Text on bottom. Aligned with bottom of revolve

Secondary revolve to make the bottom of the top image curve.

Hole in shape of cog punched through.

Filleted edges.

Added small text to the edge of wings.
