Toroidal Rotor 4 Strong Flying Propeller

This is a remix of my Flying Copter Toy :)

My first ones still last strong but everyone is talking about toroidal rotors.

I really like this design and I think it is a meaningful appreciation of the main design.

But try it out yourself!

I uploaded 4 Versions â 45° Angle to print with a 0,4 or 0,6 mm Nozzle.

The bigger props will obviously have more lift but the smaller ones are cool too :D

In addition to releasing this remix, I improved parts of the original version and also linked a new assembly tutorial there.

In the meantime there are more and more very cool remixes from other users that are worth checking out! They are linked as remix to this and the main Design of the flying propeller.

As with the original Version I prefer stiff, light and robust materials for these rotors. I print them with PA6CF Filament. But everything else will work too. 

Safety Disclaimer: DONT USE DAMAGED PARTS! Throw them away and print new ones -  Though none of my propeller did break yet and I tested them with my 3 kids and also in our kindergarden.

Update 28.2.2023 Original Propeller → I fixed some small issues with the pulling rod and created an instructional video on how to assemble the parts :)

Printing Tipps:

Locate the seams at the center piece to get a good airflow and connection between the connection points .)

The lower the layer hight the better should be the aerodynamics. But Even with 0,2 mm they will work just fine. I print them with standard settings (2 Perimeter & 15% infill)

I deleted the 50° Angled models since the 45° ones print just fine :) I also added 2 smaller propeller to print with a 0,4/ 0,6 mm Nozzle :)
