Radius Gauge 31-50mm

Radius gauge for measuring inner and outer radius from objects.

Assembly:

For Metric:

• 2x M4x25 Flathead screw
• 2x M4 nut (Nyloc preferred)

For Imperial :

• 2x  #6 - 1" Flathead Machine screw 
• 2x #6 Nut (Nyloc preferred)
• NOTE: I haven't test these personally, but previous gauge tools were fine and same tolerances used

Lazy way:

• Key ring or string to hold everything together

Printing:

• 0,2mm first layer and rest 0,15 for the blades
• Sides can be printed fully with 0,2mm layer height
• Use brim, if problems, for me it was fine without
• If you are planning to use hang plate in the tool remember to print 2 of them for the assembly to work correctly

Clean screw side added if you want to add your own text or put all the gauges or just the ones that you need to one tool.
