Larger wheel for the geared bearing, with a handle.

Requires

2" countersunk 10-24 bolt

1" 10-24 bolt (countersunk works better for centering on the bearing, but not important)

3x 14mmx5mmx5mm bearing (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0824WD8S5/)

2x 10-24 locknut

1x 10-24 t-nut

Line up the wheel with the bearing and mark the center. Drill out a 5mm deep 14mm wide hole to inset the bearing into, and drill the center with enough space for the shaft on your T-Nut.

Place the other two bearings into the wheel, one in the center and one for the handle. pull the locknut into the handle with a bolt until it seats at the bottom. Attach the handle with the 1" bolt through the bearing, into the handle and into the locknut.

Attach the wheel to your rocker with the 2" bolt, through the bearing in the wheel, into the bearing in the rocker, screwed into the t-nut. Tighten the bolt until you are satisfied with the feel of the wheel, then hold the bolt while you tighten the lock nut onto the end. (Lock nut may need to be upside down for a good grip depending on how far your bolt sticks out.)

Retention springs through the center of the bearing help a lot here.
