Coat Hook: Radius, #8 screw holes, longer, bigger

Remix of Dusan J. Coat Hook Longer bigger, #8 screw holes, radius. Holes are made to fit #8 100 degree ANSI screws. Made it longer and top hook to stick out farther so that thick jackets can be hung with out them popping off. (Also, helps with drying out.) Added radius for increased bending strength. 

Have hooks next to woodstove that gets to 100 deg. No problems.

Printing: I printed with 0.6 nozzle at 0.4 layer with prusament PETG.
