Thank you for this great idea!

I am not sure if this is the best idea I have had so far. Designing this as an assembly might be better. But I find making things "print in place" very satisfying :)

Print instructions

The sign is meant to hold on your dishwasher with inlaid magnets with size 9.6x24x2.1mm.
I added a .step file so you can change it for other magnets.
Alternatively you can simply use double-sided tape.

Open the file clean_dirty_dishwasher_slider_pip.3mf

1. Open the file clean_dirty_dishwasher_slider_pip.3mf
2. Change the extruders accordingly
3. If you change the printer to yours make sure to add a pause to insert the magnets at z=3.8mm. You might skip that and later put a double sided tape on it's back

alternatively:

1. Load filament to your printer:
   1. Extruder 1 for text: "dirty"
   2. Extruder 2 for the body
   3. Extruder 3 for text: "clean"
2. Send the file clean_dirty_dishwasher_slider_pip_0.2mm_PLA_MK3MMU2_2h16m.gcode to your printer

The print has huge bridging and the two parts of the sign which should slide against each other are usualy slightly welded together.
Next to the main part, the clean-dirty shield, there is a small tool.
It is ment to break the parts free. Here is a rather dramatic video how to do it :D
If you have a vice you better use it instead.

For better sliding use a drop of oil on the rails.

There are 4 holes on the back. To improve the functionality you can insert pieces of flex filament. This makes the inner part stick to the surface better. Have a look at the second youtube video above. Also you can see a fifth filament piece. This is a support and makes the sign "snappier" by eliminating the gap at the indexing part.
