When building or modding my printers and doing some woodwork the bolts/screws go everywhere so needed a gauge to measure easily rather than callipers, hope this is useful to others

Print instructions

Sliced in Cura at basic PLA settings using ESun PLA Pro Plus, (I like that filament getting good results), 0.3 layer height, nozzle at 210 and bed at 40 but turned off after 4 layers, to maintain accuracy especially with holes I print inner perimeters first then outer last this stops the inner squishing out the outer perimeter.
If your printer is not dialled in unlike mine and you find the measurements are slightly under or over adjust your model size to say 101% or 99.9% accordingly this often helps to get some sort of accurate results.
Just a note with bolts the size does not include the head but with countersunk screws it is end to end.
