Edit from April 24th 2023
Per request, I've added holes which “should” work with SCPH-3000x
I don't have any other model on hands than my 39000 so do it at your own risk.
I'm keeping the old ones working on 39000 for now.

Here's a mod to replace the fan of a PS2 FAT SCPH-3X000
You can use fans from 50x10mm up to 60x25mm.
The 25mm one needs to print the two parts, the “grid” is sliding in a similar way the original fan does.
Fixing the fan by using the 7/32" standard PC fan screws .

Printing:
I've tried to mange overhangs as best as I could but some might be troublesome, especially the “gutter” for sliding the AC switch/plug part. Don't go crazy on density.

I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU TO USE A 5V FAN since the Playstation 2 original fan is 7V (only spin at full speed with an HDD plugged).
You can make your own adapter with:
If you are using a 12v, it will spin, but only half its speed and may not be up to original one as moving air.

Tested on a SCPH-3900 +HDD +Noctua NF-A6x25 5V, printed in PETG
