The print file includes pauses for each magnet you need to place. One that goes between the bins and the needles to secure them, and one each for the magnetic closure. Be sure to orient the magnets properly so they hold the box closed and not push it open. It is a good idea to print one at a time to be sure. Designed for 12mm x 3mm Magnets (https://a.co/d/iEZcMOL)

To make the pin cushion, just take 1 square of brawny paper towel (or 2 sheets of most other brands), fold it in half 3 times and roll it tightly, then push it into the holder on the bottom.
