A desk mounted headphone hanger, which can be parametrically customized via Fusion 360 to suit your needs.
A headphone hanger which can be attached to a desk via screw mount; it's intended to be printed on its end (see the attached .3mf
for an example). This allows it to have some nicely rounded edges without printing strangely in materials that don't bridge perfectly, such as PETG.
This is a redesign of this hanger—which it is very obviously inspired by—but with a better method for hanging the headphone cord, and better orientation for printing.
After printing, it's best to attach something with some grip to the surfaces that contact the desk; I used neoprene sheets (Amazon link, non-affiliate) attached with double-sided carpet tape, cut to size. This ensures that the hanger stays well attached to the desk and doesn't slide around.
You can customize the parameters via the Fusion 360 link; all parameters are commented, and should be reasonably tolerant to most tweaks. The only thing that isn't parametric is the screw threads, because Fusion doesn't allow for that. It's a bummer, but just adjust them as needed. There are tolerances applied to the threads so they print better, just an offset to the thread surfaces.
