ATV / motorcycle battery using 38120 headway cells

custom LiFePO4 battery based on headway 38120 HP cells .Cells are 8AH with 200A discharge rating .Be extra careful while handling those cells .

I got the cells and bus bars from batteryhookup.com .

nominal cell voltage is 3.2V , 4 cells gives 12.8V which is perfect to replace your stock battery .

there are holes made in the holders in case BMS or balancing circuit is used .

extra hardware needed : 2 M6 bolts , 4 M4 bolts , 3 bus bars , battery wires and 4 38120 cells .

Also, threads are directly tapped into the plastic ,M6 and M4 taps are needed .

“holder” part needs to be printed twice .
