PDFI remixed Robo's https://www.printables.com/model/309548-gridfinity-bic-lighter-tray Bic Lighter Tray to fit the top of the BIC lighter more snug.
Nozzle: 0.4 or 0.6 (tested with both)
Layer height: 0.2mm layer height
Infill: 10% minimum
