The best thing about the Bambu is the fact that once you hit print, you forget about it ,,,, and then you notice that there was some extra filament from the previous print stuck at the side of the nozzle, also with the scary noises it makes when cleaning the nozzle make me uncomfortable and jumpy ,,, so i thought why not go back to the stone-age and use the brass brush …
this is what i mean …

The idea is to make a drop in exchange for the wipe
It have been tested in 3 different versions with continuous printing approix 5 hours per day for 5 days.
WHAT YOU NEED:
there will be some cutting involved so get your cutters ready.
PRINTING:
I print with ABS+
print 2 or 3 pieces just to make sure you have a spare if you brake it.
THE MAKING:
1- Cut a small section of the Brass Brush 7.5 to 8mm ( it shall contain 2 raws of brass brush )
you can sandpaper the edges after cutting
Note: be careful when cutting … please

2- Cut the tip of the brush with a wire cutter .. to reduce the height ( 17 mm is more than enough )

NOTE: make sure you have the whole piece assembled height is 20mm it will be great, … 21.5 will make it touch the rubber sock i don't recommend it)

3- take out the brush and insert all the screws in place ( its a tight fit .. make sure you slide the black screw in sideways and screw it until it fits in place. )

4- remove the original Wipe, and screw in the new D3vil wipe. it should fit right in place.
