Skateboard hanger combined

Hi. This is my first Fusion 360 design. I've found this amazing Skate hangers from @Maker81 (https://www.printables.com/model/128064-skateboard-wall-mount-wandhalter) and used it for my sons skateboard. But unfortunately it didn't fit my dinghy. So I decided to remix it a bit.

Specs

Wheel diameter: 54-64

Wheel thickness: 33-66

Load capacity is around 15kg as I tested on a models without central support when they started sagging while adding another bag of rice hanging from single mount. On average skateboards are up to 12kg so with double mount this is in a safe area.

I've moved center of gravity towards middle and changed diameter on fastening holes. It will prevent overloading lower part of the mounts and remove need of 100% connection between base and rails. I also added center “brick” to keep it tension free as I'm kinda against of using 100% infill.

Reshaped channel so it can fit wheels from diameter 54-64mm and thickness of 33 to 66mm
 

Printing

I've printed it with 0.15mm layer height and 25% infill Prusament PETG. I was out of white PLA by the time when I printed this so I have no idea if it will work. No supports or whatsoever needed. 2 G-codes included for single or pair printing. 3MF file also included. I'll post CAD as well after cleaning up :)

It is up to you but I've tested and see no point wasting filament on making it more sturdy. Unless you want to hang something heavier.

Mounting

I've used M5 as a reference to size when made a holes. You can use any screw that is 5mm thick and have a cap or button no more than 5.5mm
