Customizable heart with initials

Important before printing:

Dont use the gcodes that i uploaded here. They have not color changes gcodes, they ara just for time and weigth of the print.

Unless you want a P and a E dont use the heartPEV1.0.stl file.

Check the following guide to customize your print. If need help with any step, feel free to ask in the comment seccion, also if you have an improvement write it in the comments.

How to customize:

1.  Download heartPE.blend
2.  Open heartPE.blend with blender
3.  The project have 3 object: The heart it self, and two texts formed by one letter ('P' and 'E')
4.  Select a font of your wish. * 
   1. Click on one letter and you will see a menu (by defualt on the rigth) that has a button with a green 'a', there you can change the font.
   2. Use the same or other font on the other text
   3. The example model font: Gentium Book Basic Regular
5. If you select one of the text and change to edit mode(TAB key), you can delete or write on the texts.
6. Move and resize the text to match the position that you want. If you move and resize only on X and Y axis. You will notice that ‘E’ text is a little bit higher than ‘P’. Thats made on porpuse for printing both letter with diferent colors.
7. Go to file → export → stl. Save the stl file and ready to print.

* If you dont have the font installed, it will automatically change to a default one and it wont match the heart well, nothing to worry just use one that is installed, resize and move on XY axis.

How to print the heart as multiple colors with 1 extruder:

1.  Generate your stl, check “How to customize” above.
2.  Generate Gcode for print i link a video that i found in youtube about how to do it with cura, it can also be done with prusa slicer if you wish:

3.  Use two filament changes if you want two diferent colors for the letter.

4. Send to your printer and print. When the printer pauses change the filament.

Just in case, if opening the model with blender editing export etc breaks the units and exported is too big or too small:

The size of the heart to match the stand should be: X=98.4493 Y=95.9159 Z=12.3236 and the stand is: X: 62.436 Y: 62.436 Z: 24.6867. Or multiply then proporcionaly to have a bigger or smaller model.

The tolerances between heart and stand are loose, you souldnt have problems with them.
