DiiiCooler mod for Wanhao i3 Plus

This version of the very popular fan shroud blends the updated mount brackets spacing of the original and the visibility mod to be able to see the Nozzle.

It combines the best of these two:

The brackets at some point changed, and the AA_Diicooler_Fixed version by 3DDOC is using the older spacing
