Quick-FIT Bambulab

Connectique rapide pour tube PTFE sur Imprimante Bambulab.
Permet de passer rapidement du systeme AMS (Multibobines) vers une bobine externe.

Ce systeme se décompose en 3 pièces:

• Deux pièces cylindriques chanfreinées sur les faces avant pour etre parfaitement concentrique
• Un clip, pour verrouiller les 2 pièces cylindriques.

Montage:

• Imprimez les pièces en couches de 0.10 mm
• inserez les écrous M4 (x2)
• Vissez le tube PTFE et couper au ras des écrous M4
• Repassez un foret de 2mm ou 2.5 mm au départ des tubes.
• Chanfreinez le départ du tube PTFE coté imprimante, pour que le filament s'insere facilement.

Allows to quickly switch from the AMS system (Multi-coils) to an external coil.

This system consists of 3 parts:

• Two cylindrical parts chamfered on the front sides to be perfectly concentric
• A clip, to lock the 2 cylindrical pieces.

Assembly:

• Print the parts in layers of 0.10 mm
• insert the M4 nuts (x2)
• Screw on the PTFE tube and cut flush with the M4 nuts
• Put a 2mm or 2.5mm drill bit at the start of the tubes.
• Chamfer the start of the PTFE tube on the printer side, so that the filament can be inserted easily.
