Hey everyone!
I had to upgrade my older electronics box design since I got a rasp pi zero. By default cover uses 6010 axial cooling fan, but you can change it easily in the editable file. I'm still in learning process so there might be some inefficient ways of modelling, feel free to fix them however you like.
Box uses 4x M4 screws to connect to frame. Raspberry pi sits under the y axis extrusion, hence the box is slightly larger than the original one. I wanted some extra height so added 10mm extra margin (you can change it easily from the fusion parameters settings). There are also bunch of other small parameters such as skr pico placement margins if you need more space for cable connectors.
For mounting the boards to case, I went with several different options. I had some extra m2 screws and inserts that I salvaged from an old laptop, so I used them. There are also m2 and m2.5 variants.
Don't forget the orient the box while printing! There is need for a little bit of support under the part where the pi zero is mounted.
