Wooden Chest

Modelled a chest to have something to print with some Laywood PLA leftover. Came out quite nice, I only cleaned it a bit and worked out some details which did get lost in printing a bit. The Blender Modell is all in parts, however Slic3r did a nice job slicing it.

How I Designed This

Blender of course

Started with one board using a Thickness and a Bevel modifier, then copied it to form the chest.

The chest and the lid are on seperate layers, just switch to the wanted layer, select all and export as STL, check "Selection only" from the STL-Export window
