mounts for Daylight LED on a stick

I did not like the 2 individual mounts for these ‘voron daylight on a stick’, made the 2 pieces connect so you can screw the mount in first, then the stick to it, easy, without measuring and lots of failures to mount m right.

for sticks of 270mm, with holes at 197.825mm (~198mm)
mounts sticks at 45 degree angle

print at 0.2 or 0.3 layer, if enclosed use ASA or better, use heat inserts for M3
