I Increased the depth of the screw head counterbore by 6mm and the diameter of both the counterbore and the through hole by about 0.5mm. This lets the factory bolt bottom out on the shoulder as it should (i.e. don't have to worry about tightening too much allowing the bolt to fully seat against the wheel) and reducing the risk of the bolt backing out. Increasing the diameter of the counterbore and through hole lets the handle spin a little more readily.
