I designed those brackets to fix my snapmaker 2.0 power supply (PSU) on the underside of the table where my snapmaker is located.

You need to print two of them to mount a PSU.

Prints without supports (but use an inner and outer brim if printed in ASA or other warping materials).

I printed them in ASA for stability and heat resistance (although the PSU never got this hot).

Use large washers (max. 16mm outer diameter) and 4mm diameter screws. Check the screw head fits under the PSU if mounted. Screws are invisible if mounted (hidden by the PSU).

Mounting instructions (see attached sketch):

  • Mounting screw distance bracket to bracket should be about 255mm (green)
  • Fix the brackets with 2 screws each before inserting the PSU (do not forget the washers → cavity in the bracket)
  • Tighten the screws to just to be able to slide the brackets back and forth
  • You may add another screw (orange) to avoid the bracket to move and release the PSU (gray)

Have fun!
