This is a mount to attach an Insta360 Go 2 camera to the roll cage of the Arrma Outcast 8S 1/5th scale RC truck. It places the camera below the roof line, so it won't be damaged in a roll over. It angles the camera to tilt up slightly, providing a great view, even when doing wheelies.

Printing and Assembly:

I recommend printing in 3 pieces as shown in one of the pics and then gluing together after. The mount snaps onto the roll cage and can handle aggressive driving. I recommend mounting the two posts first, then gluing the third piece on, so the truck acts as a jig to align all the pieces. I used "welder" brand contact adhesive and it worked really well. Apply a thin to medium coating on each post and the camera mount, press together, then pull apart and set the camera mount aside and let sit for 5-10min, then press the camera mount back on the posts. This results in a very strong bond (when using contact adhesive). Let sit overnight for added strength.

I also used a couple thin, clear elastic bands to hold the camera in the mount, making it easy to slide the cam in and out while retaining the cam with no issue. You can find these at Walgreens or similar stores in the haircare isle.

Customization:

I attached a STEP file and Fusion360 file if you want to customize. Also, some slicers allow you to print via the STEP file (which is what I do) for even higher quality, especially on the rounded parts.
