With one single part to replace, you can use your standard 6mm hex drill bit to rewind it automatically (drill winder).
You can use this part and add a 6mm hex drill bit to rewind it with your drill. If you already have the spool winder, this is the part that makes your life much easier.

Dimensions
I made it parametric. You can just change the values to get a part that fits your spool winder and printer tolerance
Parameter | Function (Standard value) |
radius_big | outer radius (23mm) |
Polygon_size | Size of the polygon (here hex 6mm +0.3mm tolerance = 6.3mm) |
Radius_big_small_Distance | Distance between the big part (outer part) and the radius from the inner part. (5.5 |
inner_radius_height_to_cutout | Distance from the smaller part to the cut-out section (5mm) |
inner_radius_part_length | Part length of the smaller (radius) part. This can be changed if it is not long enough to fit into the spool winder (21mm) |
cutout_length | How much should the cutout go into the part (4mm) |
Polygon_edges_Nummer | If you want to change the number of edges. Standard 6 = hex drill bit |
You probably only need to change the “polygon_size” parameter if your drill bit is lose or won't fit.
