It took me quite some time to find these “peaceful” wings. They belong to a guy called “hero”. Sorry that I cannot find the original source of this guy, checked Thingiverse and Printables for a couple hundred models again, but did not find him. Here a lot of credit and my thanks to the inventor of this model.
I imported the wings in my TinkerCad, cut off the two wings, worked on the suspension and created a dovetail mounting, other than the predecessor wings, which very permanently fixed, … until this weekend ;))
Printed on Voron 2.4 (350) with some supports, which easily come off. PLA was Silk Gold, which performed very good. Each wing was a 12-14 hours print. I reduced speed for safety reasons. Which turned out good in my opinion.
Supensions I printed on my Prusa MK3S+.
Some (7) M5 heat inserts and countersunk screws secure the suspension and the wings.
A knurled nut (M5) lets you fix the wings, also re-attachable for storage reasons. Finally this guy has to sleep from Feb through December, until he announces Freedom and Peace ion Christmas eve on again.
All in all a quite comprehensive peace of work, our Church will appreciate it.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
