Overnight Sensation Bookshelf Speaker Crossover Board

What?

This is a printable solution for laying out the components for your Overnight Sensation crossover board, as well as wiring them up. Unlike other designs, this one uses terminal blocks for the connections, and features clearly labelled spots for all of the components to slot into! It even includes a handy wiring diagram on the bottom for easier assembly, just solder all of the components poking through the connected holes in the back.

Once everything's been wired up, your input goes into the “i” terminal block (note the polarity of the wires!), and your tweeter and woofer drivers plug into the “t” and “w” terminal blocks respectively.

Materials?

Five screws (3mm diameter, and probably >15mm long) to fasten the board to the inside of your speaker case

Three sets of two Terminal blocks for each crossover board (see the cover picture for more details)

Speaker wire with clearly marked polarity makes wiring easier!

Zip ties (100mm by 3mm, though most small 4" zip ties should work)

Anything Else?

Note that this is specifically designed for the components used in the Parts-Express Overnight Sensation kit, but can likely be used for most other ones as well, though some values may not align.

Lastly, the cover image is of an older revision with less markings. The provided STL includes these.
