Trays to mount a Mean Well RS-25-5 inside an OmniBox.

The PSU is mounted on its side on all of these trays using two M3x6, plus an additional four M3x6 to mount the tray itself to the OmniBox.  Note that the PSU will just barely have space between it and the MCU tray above and because of this the use of an MCU tray with holes through it is recommended to allow for a little additional airflow (heat rises).

The LR models place the PSU left to right while the FB models place it front to back.  The LR models could possibly be used in the front of the box if there is no display (blank panel) or the display sits outside of the panel.  The FB models can only be used in the middle bays.

Use a 4010 or 4020 axial fan with the optional fan tower.  Use of a fan is recommended as there may not be enough airflow in the lower bay for this PSU.  Use two M3x6 screws (M3x8 might be a tad too long and could dig into the fan screws) to mount the tower to the tray, and then two or four M3 screws of the needed length to mount the fan to the tower without sticking out the back.  Holes for zip ties are provided on the top and one side.  Print the fan tower face down without supports.

Designed to be printed with a 0.2mm layer height using a 0.4mm nozzle.  Material doesn't matter much if this will be sitting on your desk/bench where it doesn't get hot but PETG might be a better choice than PLA considering PSUs can get warm even with a fan.  If it will be where it gets hot or there is poor ventilation, then use ABS or ASA.
